Our Company
In
1967, Morton Mechanical, Inc. started with one person, J.C. Davis, as
the J.C. Davis Company, an electrical and heating and air conditioning
company in the new home construction market.
That company grew to include installations
of commercial, and residential heating and cooling equipment located
at 1878 Ashland City Road in Clarksville.
Ron Morton, who had been a heating and
cooling equipment representative for 20 years, purchased the company
in 1988 and changed the name to Morton Mechanical, Inc.
Ron made a commitment to become the best
service company and to sell the best products for energy efficiency,
warranties and quality and to have the best trained and professional
employees.
Neal Morton is the general manager of the
company and is the third generation in the air conditioning business.
The company employs 40 people and has had many second generation
employees over the years. This is not a company with a large turnover.
Our goal is to be the very best at serving
the needs of our customers. Every action we take is made with this in
mind.
From a small beginning, Morton Mechanical
has grown into the largest service company of heating and cooling
equipment in Clarksville. |
